Tomato Tortellini

For a tangy taste! Here's a recipe for Tomato Tortellini Topped off with Kewpies Mango Chia Sauce

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the tortellini, cook until tender.

2. While the tortellini is cooking, combine tomatoes, spinach, salt, pepper, basil and garlic in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir until the mixture begins to bubble.

3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, milk and cream. Heat through, then reduce heat to low.

4. Add Kewpie Mango Chia sauce and simmer until thick.

5. Drain the tortellini, then pour them into the saucepan with the sauce. Stir to coat, and serve.
1 (20 oz) pkg, Three cheese tortellini
2 tbsp, Butter
2 cloves, Garlic, minced
3 tbsp, All-purpose flour
1 tsp, Onion powder
1 1/4 cups, Milk
1/2 cup, Heavy cream
1 can, Petite diced tomatoes (undrained)
1 1/2 cups, Spinach, chopped
3 tbsp, Fresh basil, chopped
2 tsp, Fresh oregano, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Kewpie Mango Chia Sauce
6 tbsp, Parmesan, finely shredded
