Tofu “Chicken Nuggets” and Spicy Mayo


#MeatlessMonday recipes - Tofu "chicken nuggets" and spicy Kewpie mayo.
1. Combine flour and water in a small bowl and beat until smooth.

2. In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs, salt, and cayenne pepper.

3. Dip tofu into wet mixture, then coat with the dry mixture.

4. Cook in a pan with oil until golden brown on all sides, about three minutes.

5. For spicy mayo, mix 2/3 cup Kewpie with hot sauce to taste.
3 tablespoons flour
6 tablespoons water
2/3 cup unseasoned dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
Dash of cayenne pepper
1 pack extra firm tofu
Kewpie Mayonnaise
Hot sauce to taste
