Preparation
1. Place all ingredients in blender Blend until fine chopped.

2. Chill mixture, then shape into four (4) 1/2-inch thick patties.

3. Thaw in microwave.

4. Grill or broil 6 inches from heat for 12- 16 mins.
Ingredients
1 (15oz) can of kidney beans, drained & rinsed.
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 carrot, shredded
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 teaspoon Kewpie Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing & Marinade
