Shrimp Taco Salad

You'll love this delicious and healthy take on taco salad!

1. Skewer shrimp and brush with Kewpie Mango Chia Dressing & Marinade

2. Cook Shrimp until just pink on grill

3. Allow shrimp to rest for 3-5 minutes

4. Toss remaining ingredients except for tortilla chips

5. Spread chips on plate, then add salad over chips, top with shrimp

6. Serve

1/3 cup cilantro leaves
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 lb. jumbo shrimp, peeled & deveined
10oz chopped romain lettuce
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 avocado, chopped
1/5 cup Kewpie Mango Chia Dressing
2 large handfuls of blue corn tortilla chips, crushed
