30-Minute Mango Coconut Curry

This mango coconut sauce will warm you right up and it only takes 30 minutes! Goes great over chicken and rice.

1. Mix ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

2. Heat in pan with chopped vegetables of your choice.

3. Pour over rice and your favorite protein.
1 13.5 oz. can coconut milk
1 cup mild salsa verde
1 cup chopped mango
1 jalapeno
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Kewpie Mango Chia Sauce
