1. Prepare a medium-sized mixing bowl.

2. Julienne carrots

3. Thinly slice red onion

4. Chop bell pepper

5. Place the vegetables in the mixing bowl

6. Add sunflower seeds, spinach and lemon zest

7. Add Kewpie Mango Chia Dressing

8. Add Dijon mustard or wasabi paste

9. Mix thoroughly

10. Place tortilla wrap on a flat surface and evenly spread plain greek yogurt

11. Add the mixture

12. Roll tortilla into a wrap
1/2 Cup, Kewpie Mango Chia Dressing
3 Tbsp, Sunflower Seeds
2 Small Carrots
1 Small Red Onion
1/4 Bell Pepper
1 Cup, Spinach
1/2 Lemon, Zest
2 Tbsp, Dijon mustard or Wasabi Paste
2 Tortilla Wraps
1/4 Cup, Plain Greek Yogurt
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
