Hawaiian Macaroni Salad

Be picnic-ready this summer with an amazing Hawaiian Macaroni Salad!

Preparation
1. Cook macaroni according to package directions, let cool.

2. Mix wet ingredients (pineapple juice, Kewpie Mango Dressing, greek yogurt).

3. In large mixing bowl, combine an mix all ingredients with a rubber scraper.

4. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
Ingredients
1/2 lb dry elbow macaroni, prepared according to package directions
1 can (20oz) pineapple chunks, drained (reserve 1/2 cup juice for dressing)
2 cups cubed cooked/smoked ham
1/2 cup carrot, shredded
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1 1/2 cup Kewpie Mango Chia Dressing
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
