Grilled Salmon with Salsa

1. Lightly season fish with lemon, salt and pepper.

2. Preheat grill to medium heat.

3. Lightly oil grill grate and cool salmon on each side for about 6-7 minutes, or until fish easily flakes with a fork.

4. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let stand for ten minutes.

5. Spoon evenly over each portion of fish.

4 salmon filets
juice of one lemon
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Kewpie Mango Chia Dressing
3 ripe mangos, diced
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
