Garlic Sesame Scallops

Scallops will go great with Kewpies Deep Roasted Sesame finishing sauce.

Prep Time:30 min
1. Marinate scallops in Kewpie's Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing for 30 minutes.

2. Heat a pan over a medium heat and melt the butter ghee. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes for a minute, until fragrant.

3. Add the scallops and cook for a few minutes so they are about halfway cooked.

4. Add lemon zest, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper to taste.

5. Cook until the scallops are firm and opaque.
1/4 Cup, Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing
1 lb, Large Scallops
1/4 Cup, Clarified Butter Ghee
5 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Large Lemon, zested
1/4 Cup, Parsley, roughly chopped
1/2 Tsp, Salt
1/4 Tsp, Peppercorn Medley, freshly ground
1/4 Tsp, Red Pepper Flakes
Pinch of Sweet Paprika
