Fettuccine & Brussel Sprout Pasta

Fettuccine and brussel sprout pasta with a garlic onion sauce in under 30 minutes!

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and arrange brussel sprouts on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, and season generously with salt and pepper. Cook for 12-15 minutes turning halfway through.

2. Cook fettuccine as directed.

3. Add all ingredients to a skillet over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally until warmed through.

4. Serve with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
16 ounces Brussel Sprouts, halved
1-2 Tbsp
3 Tbsp butter
4 Tbsp Kewpie Garlic and Onion Sauce
1/3 cup dry white wine
4 Tbsp cornstarch
Salt and pepper to taste
10 ounces fettuccine
Parmesan cheese
