Ingredients: serves 2 appetizer portions
– 8 thinly sliced baguettes
– 2 Tbsp. mango jam
– 1 Persian cucumber, thinly sliced
– 2 pieces smoked salmon, sliced
– Kewpie Mayonnaise
1) Lightly toast sliced baguettes in oven or toaster oven. Remove and set aside.
2) Spread mango jam evenly on baguette slices. Add cucumber and salmon. Drizzle mayonnaise and serve immediately.
