Christmas Rice Tree Salad | Kewpie Recipes


10oz. cooked rice, preferably short-grain white rice
3 Tbsp. Kewpie Roasted Garlic Onion Dressing
3 oz. broccoli florets
¼ yellow bell pepper
2 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
2 slices prosciutto, cut into small pieces
Kewpie Mayonnaise


1) In a bowl, mix rice and dressing. Onto plate, mold rice mixture into a tree shape.

2) In a pot, boil water and cook broccoli for 1 to 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

3) Roll prosciutto into “rose bud” shape. Using a star-shaped cookie cutter, cut pepper into stars. Set aside.

4) Decorate shaped rice with broccoli, pepper, tomatoes, and prosciutto. Put the last star on the top of tree. Drizzle mayonnaise and serve.
