2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan. Add chicken and heat until cooked through, flipping occasionally. Set aside.
3. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add broccoli, carrots, bell pepper and mushrooms, and saute for about 5 minutes.
4. Add spinach, noodles, chicken and Kewpie. Combine all ingredients and continue cooking for about two minutes.
