Healthy Vegan Lentil Lettuce Wraps

Check out this recipe for healthy vegan lentil lettuce wraps! Yummy with Kewpie Prickly Pear Agave Dressing
Preparation
1. In a medium mixing bowl, add oil, onions, lentils, apply cider vinegar, carrots and Kewpie Prickly Pear Agave Dressing.

2. Mix thoroughly.

3. Put the right amount of mixture on a lettuce leaf. Add avocado, mango, and alfalfa on top for garnish.
Ingredients
2 tbsp, Coconut Oil
1 Small onion, chopped
4 cups, Cooked Lentils
1 tbsp, Apple cider vinegar
1 head, Butter Lettuce
4 Carrots, grated
2 Avocados
2 Mangos
Kewpie Prickly Pear Agave Dressing
Alfafa for garnish
